Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Borzo. If it's not working out, here's how beta pre-order refunds and cancellations work.

1. Cancelling your beta pre-order

You can ask us to cancel your beta seat reservation any time before the beta is released. Here's what happens:

5. How refunds are processed

Money goes back to the same card you paid with:

Through LiqPay, refunds are sent back to the customer's card. Depending on our LiqPay refund settings, the refund is either processed from the company account or initiated once future incoming LiqPay payments cover the refund amount. LiqPay processes company-account refund requests within about one hour, and the final posting time depends on the customer's bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before going to your bank. We'd rather sort things out directly and it's usually faster. If you do a chargeback and it's resolved in our favor, we may suspend your account.

7. Auto-renewal

There is no auto-renewal for the beta pre-order seat.

8. Future pricing

Future beta or full-release pricing may change, but your one-time beta seat purchase stays covered by the terms you accepted at checkout.
