Public Offer Agreement

1. What this is

This Public Offer Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms under which we sell a beta pre-order seat and provide access to the Borzo beta service ("Service") to any person or company ("Customer").

You accept this offer the moment you pay. The agreement starts when we receive your payment.

2. What you get

Borzo is a Hardware Engineer Emulator - an AI agent that uses computer use (cursor and keyboard control) to run CAD software on its own, doing the same things a human hardware engineer does.

It works inside FreeCAD and is delivered over the Internet as a SaaS product. Nothing physical gets shipped.

3. Pricing

One beta pre-order seat: $20 (USD), paid once. It includes:

• Priority access when the beta opens
• Part generation via computer use
• CAD tutoring and guided walkthroughs
• Project context from folders
• FreeCAD support during beta

Prices are shown on the website. This pre-order is a one-time beta seat purchase, not a monthly subscription.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You pay once upfront to reserve your beta seat. There is no automatic renewal for this pre-order.

Payments go through a secure third-party provider. We never see or store your card details.

5. When you get access

Once payment goes through, your beta seat is reserved.

We will contact you when the beta opens and give you access under your seat.

6. Where it works

Borzo is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, or North Korea, or in other jurisdictions subject to Ukrainian sanctions.

Borzo is available worldwide over the Internet. Our servers are in the EU (Frankfurt). Some AI processing happens in the US through our AI provider.

7. What we each agree to

We will:

• Give you access to the Service as described in your plan.
• Protect your data per our Privacy Policy.
• Tell you about any changes to these terms at least 14 days ahead.
• Provide support via email.

You agree to:

• Give us accurate info when you sign up.
• Keep your login credentials to yourself.
• Not use the Service for anything illegal.
• Pay on time.

8. Who owns what

Borzo (the software, interface, technology) is ours. Everything you create with it (models, designs, files) is yours.

9. Liability limits

The Service is provided "as is." We're not on the hook for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Data loss from things outside our control.
• Downtime caused by third-party services or your internet connection.

Our total liability is capped at what you paid for the current billing period.

11. Ending this agreement

This agreement lasts until your beta seat has been delivered and any applicable refund obligations have been settled.

Either side can end it:

• You - request cancellation or a refund under the Refund Policy.
• Us - 30 days written notice via email.

If you break these terms, we can cut off access immediately.

12. Disputes

Let's try to work things out directly first. If that doesn't work, Ukrainian law applies.

13. Changes to this agreement

We can update this agreement. Changes kick in 14 days after we post them. If you keep using Borzo after that, you're accepting the new terms.
