Why on-premise, still
Most AI vendors solve for the model. We solve for the perimeter first — because for the organisations we work with, the question was never “which model,” it was “how do we get useful intelligence out of our documents without a single sentence leaving our network.” That constraint shapes everything downstream: which models are even eligible, how retrieval is built, and how we prove a system works before it touches a real workflow.
